As a member of the Investment Department, Director of Fixed Income, Rich McDonald, takes pride in the fact that his sole motivation is doing what's best for Moneta Group clients. "I wanted to work for Moneta Group because I admired the firm's resolute ethical practices. I like coming to work each day knowing I'm doing the right thing—and only the right thing—for our clients," says Rich.
Rich provides Moneta principals and their clients expert investment guidance, portfolio modeling, securities research and financial analyses, often attending client meetings and reviews. "I'm happy to contribute in whatever way I can," he says. "It's rewarding to know that I'm able to offer expertise that helps the teams provide their clients the timely and important information they expect and deserve."
Before coming to Moneta, Rich served as Fixed Income Advisor at Buckingham Asset Management. He holds a B.S. in Information Systems from University of Idaho and an MBA from Saint Louis University. "I am fascinated by my work and love knowing that everyday—every minute— the market brings about new changes and opportunities to consider."
Rich lives in Kirkwood with his wife and children.
