As Director of Alternative Investments, Chris Jordan serves all 31 Moneta principal teams and, by extension, their clients. With more than 14 years of industry experience, Jordan’s areas of expertise are alternative investments, strategic asset allocation and risk management.
Chris also brings important perspective to Moneta’s Investment Committee and Think Tank discussions, as well as adding unique expertise to its Investment Department. “I see myself as a dedicated resource for exploring, analyzing and recommending alterative investments to these key entities to help them in guiding Moneta Group’s investment philosophy and in helping to find the very best options for clients.” Chris will help balance the safety of clients’ investments with their goals for wealth preservation and growth while mitigating the effects of future volatility.
Chris joined Moneta Group in 2010, after working at Summit Strategies Group as vice president of Capital Markets. He has extensive experience in portfolio construction, risk management, fixed income research, structured finance and quantitative analysis, and brings a depth and breadth of asset allocation experience to the firm, both in traditional asset classes and alternatives.
Chris lives in South County with his wife Elizabeth and their five children.
