Megan's legal training has proven invaluable in assisting her analyze issues for both her individual and retirement plan clients. Specific expertise in retirement planning includes developing plan designs to meet employers' needs, ensuring Department of Labor (DOL) and IRS compliance, overseeing retirement plan distributions and helping fiduciaries minimize their liability. She also educates retirement plan participants on investment selection, asset allocation and other basic plan considerations.
