Moneta Group again made Wealth Manager’s listing of Top Dogs, improving our rank from No. 123 in 2007 to No. 97 in 2008.

• Wealth Manager’s 2008 Top Dogs survey found that the overall amount of assets under management has continued to grow, along with the number of investment firms managing that wealth.
• Overall assets under management for the 2008 Top Dogs (487 firms in all) range from $14.4 billion to $36 million with an average total AUM of $632.6 million and a median AUM of $256.3 million—up 8.4 percent from the $199 million report in 2006. Moneta Group ranks at No. 3 in total AUM.
